Scout Niblett is a star. Not literally or even metaphorically in the usual way, but she's a star because she's magical, makes no sense.

Whatever her real name and whyever she changed it, Scout is a girl (rather than a woman, though she's certainly old enough) who sings nonsensical or overtly simplistic non-catchy nursery rhymes in a distinctive though hard to place accent over tightly structured, distinctively sparse drums and guitars - mostly played by herself.
